First of all, I have made some minor BOP updates. These builds may not be permanent but are necessary for this race. Hopefully they will work out for future tracks. The cars whose builds have been changed have been posted below with the new build.

The builds rules for the following cars have been modified: 1966 Chaparral ♯66 Chaparral Cars 2E; 1969 Nissan ♯21 Nissan Racing R382

  • 1966 Chaparral ♯66 Chaparral Cars 2E (P908) (race displacement, race brakes, race transmission, race driveline, race tires, 2nd front tire width, 1st rear tire width)
  • 1969 Nissan ♯21 Nissan Racing R382 (R898) (race valves, 2nd restrictor removal, race brakes, race transmission, race driveline, race tires, max front tire width, max rear tire width)

Time to head to Indianapolis! I want to clarify that we will use the GP Alt configuration which is pictured below.

Now, it is possible to track extend/cut on the infield straight and final chicane, so I want to reiterate that 2 wheels must remain between the white lines on the edge of the track at all times.

That’s all for now! Hope to see you on Saturday.
