THOUGHTS AND COMMENTS

This was our cleanest race since Sebring. Ironic since this was the first race we had cautions. On the note of cautions, don’t hesitate to call them out if you are involved in/witness a crash. If you wait too long, a caution just becomes too uncertain and the cars involved usually recover. And I can definitely say that cautions will be implemented from here on out in the series. Shout out again to Ray0241 for being our pace car and getting a front row seat for the race. Everyone raced very clean. And, perhaps more importantly, there was a lot of close racing in both classes. Even though there weren’t as many people at this race as there have been at previous races, this was a properly good race. And it gets me excited for the next round.

Speaking of which, the next round will be at Circuit of the Americas. Since school has started back up, I won’t be able to host this next race. Therefore, I’ll be communicating with SVTyler to work out potential dates for the race, just like for Monza. As of right now, no times have been worked out. However, I can guarantee that it will not be labor day weekend as I won’t have time to do BOP testing and get polls out, and I imagine a lot of you already have plans.

Good racing, everyone! If we have a repeat of this race at COTA, it should prove to be a very interesting and good race.
